- Our sample pack includes various designs that display the vibrancy of our colours. You can apply them onto hard, smooth surfaces and test their durability for yourself!

48H Turnaround Time for UV DTF:

- UV DTF orders have a slightly longer production time than standard DTF orders. Orders placed by 5 pm will be dispatched (or ready for collection) by close of business on the second business day following the order date.

- If your order contains both DTF and UV DTF products, the entire order will be dispatched together once the UV DTF products are ready. If you need your DTF products dispatched sooner, please place two separate orders, one for DTF and one for UV DTF.

Priority Processing:

- Priority Processing is not available for UV DTF products.

- If your order contains both DTF and UV DTF products, any Priority Processing fee will apply only to eligible DTF products. However, the complete order will still be dispatched together once the UV DTF products are ready.

- To receive Priority Processing and earlier dispatch for your DTF products, please place your DTF and UV DTF products as separate orders.

Shipping:

- We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping fees are $10 (Regular Post) or $14 (Express Post).

- At checkout, you will have the option to purchase Shipping Insurance at a small cost, for your peace of mind. Note that VIPs enjoy complimentary Shipping Insurance, so if you hold a VIP gift card, please toggle it off!
