1. Refunds and Exchanges: At Printfactory.com.au, we take pride in crafting DTF transfers that are customized to your specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We will, however, gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Misprinted Products: If you receive a product that has been misprinted, is materially flawed, or is defective, please contact us at hello@printfactory.com.au within 14 days from the date of merchandise receipt. Kindly provide your invoice number, a brief description of the manufacturing/printing error, and include a photo of the faulty item. If approved, we will promptly arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. 

2. Tolerances: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are within the following standard tolerances:

  • Print Dimensions: A tolerance of ±1cm.
  • Print Placement: If you utilize our pressing services, please be aware that print placement measurements are considered acceptable when within ±3cm (both vertically and horizontally). Print placement can vary based on the shirt and print size.

3. Return Timeframe: Returns for exchange or store credit must be initiated within 14 days from the date of merchandise receipt.

4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for products being returned must be borne by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

5. Customer Responsibility:

  • Design Accuracy: We kindly request that you thoroughly review your designs for accuracy and correct any errors prior to placing your order. To maintain competitive pricing and pass on savings in labour costs to our customers, we do not proof documents created by customers before processing. Orders that are approved and paid for by the customer are considered authorized for production. Any alterations requested after this point are not guaranteed to be processed.

  • File Responsibility: We hold no liability for incorrect files/colours sent to us.
